Terms & the Good Boy Guarantee
What you buy. A Dr. Noodle Breed File: an educational PDF about one dog breed, in a phone edition and a print edition (US Letter), for your personal use. Optional: Pearl's House Rules, a printable PDF with your dog's name.
Price. $19 per Breed File, $7 for Pearl's House Rules. Tax included. One-time payment: there is no subscription and nothing renews.
Who sells it. Checkout is run by Stripe. Your purchase is sold through Link, Stripe's checkout, which handles the payment, sales tax, receipts and payment support. Your card statement will show LINK.COM*.
Delivery of ready files. Instantly, on the page you see after payment, and by email.
Pre-orders. When a breed's file is still being written, it is sold as a pre-order. It is delivered by email within 7 days of your order. If it is not delivered within 7 days, your whole order is refunded automatically, in full, without you having to ask. Before delivery, you can also ask for a full refund at any time.
The Good Boy Guarantee. If the file doesn't help you understand your dog, email us within 30 days of delivery and you get every cent back. You don't have to explain.
Refunds go back to the payment method you used. Link (Stripe) may also process refunds directly.
Updates. We may correct or improve a file. Your download link always gives you the latest version.
Personal use. Please don't resell or share the files publicly. Printing them for your household is exactly the point.
What it is, and what it isn't. Dr. Noodle is a cartoon character, not a veterinarian or a dog trainer. Educational content based on published, reward-based guidance. Not veterinary advice. If your dog's behavior changes suddenly, or if there's aggression or pain, see your vet or a certified behavior professional.
Adults only. This shop is for adults 18+.
